Since krdc in kdenetwork-3.3.0 requires rdesktop (at least 1.3.1-r1) in order to connect to rdp servers, shouldn't this be indicated by the ebuild somehow?

Previously this dependency didn't exist, so users upgrading KDE will be confused by krdc no longer working.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Upgrade to/install kdenetwork-3.3.0
2.Launch krdc
3.Try and connect to an rdp server

Actual Results:  
krdc says it couldn't launch rdesktop 

Expected Results:  
The ebuild should have somehow indicated to the user that it has a new 
external dependency.
