Created attachment 501336 [details] build.log I have installed sysklogd on my laptop, which runs glibc-2.23-r4. The former compiles fine. I'm also installing another machine with Gentoo and glibc just upgraded to version 2.25-r8, in which case sysklogd fails to compile with this error message: syslogd.c: In function ‘reapchild’: syslogd.c:2142:13: error : storage size of ‘status’ isn’t known union wait status; I have tried to nail down the issue by grepping /usr/include for 'union\s+wait' . I only get results when glibc 2.23* is installed. Version 2.25* doesn't seem to define any such union. From then I'm stuck.
