Description Stuart Herbert (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-15 13:39:38 UTC
Please test this package against PHP 5.0.1.

If the package works, please add a comment to this bug to say that the package works, and close this bug as 'RESOLVED INVALID'.

If the package does not work, please add a blocker against 'virtual/php' (for dev-php/php) or 'virtual/httpd-php' (for mod_php or php-cgi) as appropriate, and close this bug as 'RESOLVED FIXED'.

Thanks,
Stu

umm...I think twiki uses perl, doesn't it? Yep, I'm pretty sure it does.
Comment 2 Karl Trygve Kalleberg (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-12-03 06:26:17 UTC
There are no files in the twiki installation which are executable by the PHP interpreter. I cannot see any reason why there is a dependency on virtual/php.

However, as it is written in Perl, it would be prudent to add a perl dependency to the RDEPEND.

twiki-20041030 has been committed. Old and very broken versions have been
cleaned out. The web-apps team would like to apologize for the loss of
functionality you may have experienced.

twiki does not use PHP.
