dev-perl/PDL gained new dependencies on version bump

Please (re)keyword "~arm ~ppc ~amd64-linux ~x86-linux"

PDL-2.17.0.keywording.stablelist

Sadly the target set looks much larger than that stated.

If you reduce it to only ~arm and ~ppc its not so bad.

> cat /tmp/PDL-2.17.0.keywording.stablelist | grep -i " ~arm" | wc -l   # 12
> cat /tmp/PDL-2.17.0.keywording.stablelist | grep -i " ~ppc" | wc -l   # 14

But there's a lot of holes in {amd64,x86}-linux.

> cat /tmp/PDL-2.17.0.keywording.stablelist | grep " ~x86-linux" | wc -l  # 68
> cat /tmp/PDL-2.17.0.keywording.stablelist | grep " ~amd64-linux" | wc -l  # 74

> wc -l /tmp/PDL-2.17.0.keywording.stablelist # 77

Given the gargantuan size of this list and the number of "sibling" ebuilds that had keywording problems, this might be an overstatement if you're really lucky.
