Since this upstream commit:

application style support is disabled by default, thus digikam starts with some hardcoded style, breaking any visual desktop integration.

Please add an USE flag controlling this option ( -DENABLE_APPSTYLES=on ).

Not needed, no additional dependency is needed and disabling makes only sense for Windows + MacOSX
