Current description is :

Enable support for displaying contacts on a map inside evolution using media-libs/libchamplain

Also this features adds dependency on sci-geosciences/geocode-glib "GLib geocoding library that uses the Yahoo! Place Finder service" so I think it makes more sense to bring it under the USE=geolocation umbrella.

I've copied the local USE flag description to USE=geolocation too, as it is more detailed than global.
