The handbook doesn't cover the process of becoming a developer, including technical skills required, the quiz, having a mentor (and being a mentor!), and the waiting period.

Is there a way to beautify the doc so I can read it a little better? I'm not smart about that sort of thing ;)  It's just one big paragraph to me
