Related new dependencies:
* app-crypt/jetring
* app-crypt/debian-archive-keyring

What do you object to making these hard dependencies?

these packages just install data files and shell scripts.  just keyword them for the arches you want.

Not everyone who uses debootstrap targets official Debian/Ubuntu releases.

The debian one actually compiles things and depends on app-crypt/jetring.

Is there anything we can do to improve the default for those using Debian/Ubuntu so they do install the keyrings that you would accept?  I don't expect anyone to read package suggestions, so I'm looking for something better than that.
