bash 4.3_p42 has been in the tree for 4 months. Is it ready for stabilization?

(4.3_p41 fixed a number of invalid memory access bugs that prevent it from properly working with address sanitizer.)

I get this error when trying to merge bash-4.3_p42.  I have not found a copy of bash43-042 anywhere that matches the SHA sum that the ebuild expects.

as already noted in comment #3 & #4, that is unrelated this bug.  digest mismatches are orthogonal to stable status.
