Hi,

I am using open-overlay, which is in the official layman overlay list. This overlay should be at https://github.com/pantera31752/open-overlay/ (taken from this page https://overlays.gentoo.org/).
This overlay does not exist anymore for a few days. The full account pantera31752 seems to be deleted from GitHub.

If it is only an overlay move, its address should be updated.
If it is a complete overlay removal, its reference should be removed from the list of overlays.
