Description Lars Wendler (Polynomial-C) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2015-10-09 07:18:54 UTC
1 Oct 2015	3.3.0
Support audiobook and podcast frames. Configurable order of the quick access frames, a more user friendly naming of the frames, and the possibility to use submenus and separators in the user actions context menu.

I've tried to bump this version myself but when I try to start the application I get the following error message:

kid3: error while loading shared libraries: libkid3-gui.so.3.3.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Although that file definitely gets installed.

17 Dec 2015 3.3.1
Package for Android, support GEOB frames in CLI. Improvements for high pixel density displays and handling read-only files. Bug fixes include selection of text encoding in picture frames, higher resolution application icons and a workaround for cropped pictures on high pixel density displays.

Same error with 3.3.1 because libkid3-core.so.3.3.1 and libkid3-gui.so.3.3.1 are installed in /usr/lib/kid3 and not in /usr/lib.

Manually linking those two files makes kid3 work, but it's not a perfect solution.
