Installation of dev-lang/gnat-gcc-4.6.4-r1 fails always at start of compile phase with error message:
 Flag 'multilib' is not included in IUSE_EFFECTIVE

Reproducible: Always

One of the issues due to accumulated divergence with toolchain over last 10 years. Will be fixed as a part of bigger and long overdue overhaul..

happened at stable too :
