from the ChangeLog:
0.47_01 - 2014-01-27
 - Switch from Any::Moose to Moo

They migrated away from Any::Moose, but the tests seem to still need it... Dependency added.

Maybe that's why I'm seeing horrible segmentation faults in the test suite.
