Note that these ebuilds constitute a large fair amount of rework, covered in bugs #536378, #534732, and #534672, so unless someone needs it, I'm not going to bother generating and posting a diff. Additionally, these are all up on my personal overlay, in the event that someone needs to look at it there (https://github.com/NP-Hardass/np-hardass-overlay)

I am well aware that wine is released every two weeks and that there is a new version available. I'm just getting set up with proxy maintainership, and will post the vbump soon, but the 1.7.37 vbump isn't possible at this moment. Thank you for the interest in getting wine updated, but please be patient.
Fixed, I apologize for the long wait.
