At the moment, nothing actually depends on nacl-toolchain-newlib, so I don't think it makes much sense to have the arch teams waste time on it.

If there are no plans to get NACL working in chromium again, we may want to mask/remove nacl-toolchain-newlib.

For the immediate need, I just updated the current stable ebuild with the build fix.
