Upstream removed RELEASE_NOTES:
http://git.videolan.org/?p=ffmpeg.git;a=commit;h=6fdd19cbb26c94ff6ae0033114fa77c9a33f790b
so the dodoc RELEASE_NOTES in the ebuild does not work anymore.
