Why does firefox 28 ebuild have a mirror restriction?  The firefox 24 ebuild does not have a mirror restriction and from what I can gather is the restriction was added in the firefox 27 ebuild.  The licenses have not changed since firefox 24.  This is rather annoying because firefox source is a rather large file to download and I don't want to have to download it on every machine I maintain.

Actual Results:  
ebuild does not allow mirroring

Expected Results:  
ebuild should allow mirroring
