ogre requires nvidia-cg-toolkit to compile. A depclean removed it.(My fault i know.) i then ran revdep-rebuild to recheck any breaks cause by depclean. depclean listed ogre libs as broken, but when it tried to rebuild the package, configure errored out complaining about a lack of the nvidia-cg-toolkit. i then tried to emerge ogre with -D but it still didn't list the toolkit as a depenedency. manually reemerged cg-toolkit and then ogre and it worked fine, But i was thinking that ogre should list the toolkit as a dependency if it doesn't already, and if it does, find out why is isnt being checked against by emerge. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge -vp depclean 2. revdep-rebuild -vp 3. emerge -Dvp ogre (I had to do the following to mkae it install) 4. emerge -vp nvidia-cg-toolkit ogre Actual Results: see above Expected Results: i believe emerge should have listed and installed nvidia-cg-toolkit as a dependency.
