Using the 2004.0 LiveCD I had no problem with my nforce2 ethernet and using 2004.1 seems like the nforce ethernet support has been left out.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get nforce2 board
2. Boot off the 2004.1 liveCD
3. No ethernet support
