It's in the tree for about half a year now. I've used it until version bump to 3.9.3 and it was quite stable in that time. So time to give it some stable love maybe?
I would love to go with 3.9.3, but I am waiting for bug 468984, where alpha, ppc, ppc64 and sparc should rekeyword.
I would to like to second that, as I have been running 3.9.2 as well as 3.9.3 all along since the moment they hit portage without encountering any issues at all. Please go ahead.
this would need libindicate to be stable too... or to use.stable.mask libindicate (why doesn't it use "ayatana" USE?) and webkit USEs
Is anything blocking 3.11.x or more newer versions than 3.9.x?
Arches please test and mark stable =mail-client/claws-mail-3.12.0 with target KEYWORDS: alpha amd64 ~arm hppa ~mips ppc ppc64 sparc x86 ~x86-fbsd

Please cc arches in bug 569010 if my suppose is right.
