1.8.x is available (currently 1.8.5)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --search subversion

Actual Results:  
Latest version available: 1.7.13

Expected Results:  
Latest version available: 1.8.5

Not a duplicate.  Requesting Subversion 1.8 in portage while bug 491298 is concerning the update to 1.7.14.  Thanks!
