We need a newer version of git stabilized because git-r3.eclass requires
at least the version mentioned in the title.

It looks like 1.8.3.2 has been in the tree for a while, is it safe to
stabilize this version?
The concern is bug #487026. The git-r3 eclass was changed to require an
unstable version of git.

arches, please stabilize dev-vcs/1.8.3.2.

It's the same as older bug 480306, but it was blocker by some bugs, if Robin think they are not problematic, feel free to drop that blockers
