I had a hard time working through all the dependencies on ppc and ppc64, mostly when FEATURES=test. This was for bug #519170. I think I got all on that list except coffee-script and execjs because of their dependency on nodejs which is failing on both ppc and ppc64. I also had to mask FEATURES=test on tilt and actionpack for the same reason. Can you look over what's left and report what remains. I'll go through that and then I'll open bugs.
I got jeweler done on ~ppc and ~ppc64, so I think this bug is done.
