shorewall start complains:

...
Processing /etc/shorewall/start ...
Processing /etc/shorewall/started ...
touch: cannot touch ‘/var/lock/subsys/shorewall’: No such file or directory
done.
...

whereas starting via init-script says:
 * /var/lock/subsys: creating directory
 * checkpath: mkdir: No such file or directory

Exit status is ok and firewall is up anyway, so setting Severity->minor.
