the latest testing build fails to compile as the module code does not actually support the reorganised structures introduced with Linux 3.7

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have /usr/src/linux pointing to source for 3.7 or 3.8
2. Attempt to emerge app-emulation/open-vm-tools-kmod
3. compiling of the vmci kernel module fails.
Actual Results:  
build fails due to compiler error

Expected Results:  
build should not fail.
