Ok, what steps do you believe that need be done before we officially deprecate python.eclass?

Just follow what has been done for the qt eclass.

-track how much packages needs in tree uses the eclass;
-when the previous result is 0, sent an announcement;
-remove it after $some days.

I was more asking for Python-specific requirements.

Also, I think we should repoman-deprecate it earlier.
