dev-db/mysql-connector-c++-1.1.1 installs some docs in unusual places. It seems to create:

/usr/INSTALL
/usr/Licenses_for_Third-Party_Components.txt

There is some effort to deal with other docs this package like to install weirdly, for example:

	# docs are installed poorly
	rm -rf "${ED}"/usr/{ANNOUNCEMENT,COPYING,README}
	dodoc ANNOUNCEMENT README

But it seems that these 2 files were added after that "fix".
