net-name-test.sh

perhaps in view of the confusion reigning over the new net naming convention with newer udev's a name testing script should be included for the clueless?

code is not original but from the forums:

http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7240454.html#7240454

I just put it into a script for general use

I would attach the test script to bug 453494 instead of shipping it from the ebuild.
The news item has the bug # as reference for people migrating.

I found the command line from /etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-name-slot.rules

udevadm test-builtin net_id /sys/class/net/ifname 2> /dev/null

give no info at all .. as ifname seems not to exist .. of course my machine is on the new rules but the method should still work as a reboot may have occurred prior to the use of the line ..
