This is followed by the standard disclaimer of the BSD license. The notable difference to BSD is the additional sentence "the above paragraph (the one permitting redistribution)" in the second clause. We've discussed this within the licenses team, and we don't see it as a substantial change, but merely as a clarification or a further explanation of the BSD terms. tl;dr Please change LICENSE in all epic4 and epic5 ebuilds to "BSD".
