The ebuild currently has LICENSE="as-is" which most likely is wrong.

- No license is included in the package's tarball.
- I cannot find any license information on the HOMEPAGE.

Can you please ask upstream for clarification under with terms this package can be distributed?

Any news here? SRC_URI is still live, so we could go for "all-rights-reserved" plus mirror restriction.

README mentions "libraries written by D. J. Bernstein" (whose stance to licensing can be found in http://cr.yp.to/softwarelaw.html), so I don't expect that we could get anything better.
