Problem:
While updating from openrc-0.9.8.4 to openrc-0.11.5 a message was shown in the log: "rm: cannot remove ‘/lib64/rc/init.d’: Device or resource busy", and the dir was not removed. Five Gentoo system was effected. (For x86 arch there is an another path - ‘/lib/rc/init.d’.)

Solution:
Remove the dir manually.

How to check:
# grep cannot /var/log/portage/sys-apps\:openrc*
# ls -l /lib64/rc/init.d
