Assignment of A=... which is forbidded by policy http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-howto.xml#doc_chap2 subsection "Variables - "A is READ {only}"

Also note assigning RDEPEND=${DEPEND} is implicit and also forbidden by policy.
