EAPI>=5 already checks for --disable-silent-rules in $(./configure --help) and appends it if existent

any objections to backport that behavior for EAPI<5 in "egamesconf"?

alternate patch

this patch does not invoke "configure --help", but greps the configure file directly

I ran it for a while and it didn't seem to hurt, so committed.
