Ekiga support pulseaudio through ptlib from a few realse ./configure can take :
--enable-pulse

It would be great if there were pulseaudio useflag in ptlib and ekiga

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile ptlib with ./configure --enable-pulse
2. ptlib (and then ekiga) has pulseaudio support
Actual Results:  
ptlib (and then ekiga) doesn't have pulseaudio support

Expected Results:  
 pulseaudio support (in audio preferences you can select "PulseAudio (PTLIB/Pulse)" for output/input/ringring)

manual compilation and simple tests show that it works for me

net-libs/ptlib-2.10.9 is in the tree now, and it has support for USE=pulseaudio
