<ferringb> we have paludis footers in use, and pkgcore will also at some point

<zmedico> ferringb: to clarify, repoman's commit footer should be something like "Package-manager: portage-2.2.0_alpha137", right?
<ferringb> zmedico: right, just to be absolutely frigging clear- that differing footer business should *only* be done if the vcs is git

This is fixed in git:

Use initial caps in footers:

This is fixed in 2.1.11.27 and 2.2.0_alpha138.
