nbd-3.2 builds find on those arches, but it fails some tests, 8 of 10 on ppc and 1 of 10 on ppc64.

These tests are being done on a remote box in a chroot and so they may be false positives.

After fixing a pretty trivial endian bug, I don't see these test failures in 3.12.1.

3.11 was fine as well.
