The 'chdman' utility comes with the xmame source code, it was introduced in version 0.78 to convert chd images from previous versions to the new format. It would be nice to have it since it's part of mame. I think that the solution is a trivial change to the ebuild. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
It clearly looks like it's being compiled too so it's just a matter of: insinto /usr/bin doins chdman tested and it works for me. (don't think it should be installed into /usr/games due to it being a emulation utility rather than a game)
already been added to 0.83.1 it would seem
Not in the ebuild in portage.
fixed in 0.86 for sure
