libmng currently fails on aclocal for me. Here's the aclocal.out:

***** aclocal *****
***** PWD: /var/tmp/portage/media-libs/libmng-1.0.10-r1/work/libmng-1.0.10
***** aclocal

configure.in:18: error: automatic de-ANSI-fication support has been removed
/usr/share/aclocal-1.12/protos.m4:12: AM_C_PROTOTYPES is expanded from...
configure.in:18: the top level
autom4te-2.69: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1
aclocal-1.12: error: autom4te failed with exit status: 1

This appears to be the same as this bug from macports, when googling it:
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/34291
The patch there just comments out the "AM_C_PROTOTYPES" line from configure.in. After doing so manually in the work directory, I confirmed aclocal passed with no errors.

Identical failure here with www-servers/lighttpd-1.4.31.

File a separate bug.
