As discussed with Tampakrap please proceed as in summary.

It is required on stable as 2.7.0 looses data after more than 4 gigs of info are transmited over it it started loosing data.

Tested on x86 and amd64 so anyone who is commiting first arch can add those too (no access to cvs tree now for me).
