qps-1.10.16.ebuild-bump.patch

qps-1.10.16 is now available.

Patch bumps EAPI, adds missing dep, forcibly removes PCH detection if new pch use flag is disabled (the detection is broken, causing failures on systems where PCH is masked, such as hardened), and generates a new .desktop file as the bundled one doesn't validate.

Bug #369317 is fixed upstream by this release.
