New system. After emerging successfully mozilla-firebird, running it shows a missing library.

Unknown error 127 from mozilla-xremote-client

The missing rdepend is dev-libs/nspr.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a new system
2. emerge mozilla-firebird
3. MozillaFirebird

Actual Results:  
/usr/lib/MozillaFirebird/mozilla-xremote-client: error while loading shared
libraries: libplds4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Expected Results:  
Running the browser :)
