It is a hard dependency of ssm ( run repoman full ) so it is a blocker

Which is actually the same like the version before with a marginal internal change. I tested it from the scie overlay some time now.
sci-libs/mmdb-1.23.2.2 emerged fine. sci-libs/ssm-1.1 emerged fine. All looks good for these libs
