i noticed that x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel depends on x11-libs/libdrm[video_cards_intel] for /usr/include/libdrm/intel_bufmgr.h:

I'm aware that a global VIDEO_CARDS="intel" fixes this problem.
I don't see, why it should be required to install the package, though.

Would you mind, if I added that dependency myself?

The dependency was lost between 2.14.0 and 2.15.0 somehow.
Fixed in CVS.
