actually it seems i fixed it with the 0.7.3 bump

For 0.7.3 there is also dodoc error.

Just replace with "dodoc -r" would be enough?G

- Bump EAPI to 4 to use "edoc -r"
- Drop unnecessary "die"s reagarding to bumping to EAPI=4
