Bug 373357 – Please stabilise dev-libs/ossp-uuid-1.6.2-r1

The PHP Herd want to remove all packages depending on dev-lang/php:5. In order to get this done, we need to have a stable version of ossp-uuid supporting newer versions of PHP. Could you please stabilise dev-libs/ossp-uuid-1.6.2-r1 so that the older ossp-uuid versions can be removed?

Note that dev-libs/ossp-uuid-1.6.2-r1 was committed by me due to a maintainer timeout, bug 343699.

Would be much appreciated.
