Replacament proposal:

  "The contents of this document, unless otherwise expressly stated,
   are licensed under the Creative Commons - Attribution / Share Alike 2.5
   license [1].  The Gentoo Name and Logo Usage Guidelines [2] apply."


Changes:
- Mention Gentoo Name and Logo Usage Guidelines
- Add "unless otherwise expressly stated"
- Mention license version 2.5 visibly
