Add loop-aes support back

>util-linux-2.18-r1 has dropped loop-aes support.
For 2.19.1 does exists a patch: http://loop-aes.sourceforge.net/updates/util-linux-2.19.1-20110510.diff.bz2

Please re-add loop-aes support. Attached you will find a diff to current 2.19.1 ebuild to add the dropped lines from 2.18-r1 ebuild reflecting the new naming scheme.

I was able to build util-linux successfully with the patch.

Why crypto herd does not maintains this patch? Guys, are you intersted? Since base-system maintainers are not interested this looks like a good compromise...
