Much like we did to the USE=ssl, USE=sqlite should be used to indicate *overall* SQLite support (preferably SQLite 3). Thus, all packages using USE=sqlite3 for that should have the flag renamed.

If a package supports both SQLite 3 & SQLite 2, then I suggest using *local* USE=sqlite2 to switch back to old SQLite version.
