gtksourceview is still at 2.91.9, aka development release. I'll add it once the final version is released.
Also please state why you need this slot. We are not going to move every libs of gnome 3 to the tree as already stated by nirbheek on his blog. We will move some obviously, but please realize that gnome 3 is still not released at this time and it is a huge work to make sure the tree is ready when adding a new slot. Check the dev ml to see the ongoing work about this.

ok then. We will add it as nirbheek said when it gets a stable release. In the meantime, if you need more libs, feel free to add them here.
