Missing PROVIDE="virtual/logger" in app-admin/rsyslog-5.6.4.ebuild.

When upgrading from rsyslog-5.6.4 to 5.6.5 version, packages that depends on virtual/logger will install app-admin/metalog.

Reproducible: Always
